摘要
TR1200钢具有良好的高温强度和高温蠕变性能,可以用于制造超超临界汽轮机高中压转子。文章研究了高中压转子钢TR1200在温度1000℃~1200℃,变形速度0.005s-1~0.5s-1变形条件下的高温变形行为,以及该钢在变形速率为0.05s-1条件下变温两步变形行为。获得了TR1200钢的热变形方程和发生动态再结晶的临界条件,从而初步确定了TR1200钢锻造生产中应当采用的变形温度和变形速率等参数范围。
The TR1200 steel possesses strength and creep resistance at high temperature, and it is used to produce HP-IP rotors for supercritical steam turbines. Compression tests were carried out to investigate the hot-deformation behavior of TR1200 steel. The tests were conducted in the temperature range 1000℃-1200℃ and the strain rate range 0. 005s^-1 -0.5s^-1. For further study, the strain rate was fixed at 0. 05s^-1 , and two-step hot compression tests were carried out. Then the hot deforming function and critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization were studied, from which the deforming condition of TR1200 steel to get fine grains were obtained, such as range of temperature and strain rate, and so on.
