摘要
本文介绍了一种新型化合物—地高辛配基-11dUTP的化学合成及其应用。这种通过地高辛配基标记的脱氧尿嘧啶核苷三磷酸(Dig-dUTP),随机引物插入结合而使DNA被标记,然后用免疫酶化学检测等新技术,测定靶DNA,其灵敏度可以和同位素标记探针媲美,因此,有广阔的应用前景。
This paper presents to a new kind of compound the chemical anabolism and its application of digitalis matched with matrix - dUTP The deoxyribonucleotide urine nicotinamide is signed by Dig-dUTP, which is marked by random matter Putting into it. Then DNA can be measured by immunoenzyme,the new chemical techniques and so on. The sensi tivity is as good as isotopes marked prove,so it has a wide useful future.
