Sedimentary Geochemistry is a new marginal subject which is derived from combining of Sedimentology and Geochemistry. In the paper, the current situation and recognization of sedimentary Geochemistry is detailed introduced. Moreover ,the two developing tendencies of sedimentary Geochemistry are provided.
