在文献［１］和［２］的基础上，给出Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中右端函数不连续Ｃａｕｃｈｙ问题解的整体存在性定理．

Based on references and ,the theorem of global existence of solution to the Cauchy problem in ordinary differential equations for discontinuous right hand in Banach spaces is presented in this article.
