摘要
在建立圆体成形车刀轴向廓形方程的基础上,提出了用相切圆弧拟合其廓形的计算机辅助设计方法,然后将拟合的圆弧参数输送到数控车床上,便可对圆体成形车刀进行计算机辅助制造,这样既缩短了设计与制造时间,又提高了刀具的制造精度.
On the basis of establishing the equation of the axis profile about the cylindric formed truning tool, the method of CAD substituting arcs for profiles is presented, then the arc parameters are transmitted on the numerically controlled machine tool in order to manufacture the cylindric formed turning tool. So the time of designing and manufacturing the tool is decreased, while the precision of manufacturing is increased.
