摘要
在实验室用高温熔滴炉模拟高炉冶炼过程,对高钛型高炉渣在炉内的堵塞与液泛行为进行了实验研究,研究了气体流速、TiO2含量、TiO2还原度和渣-焦界面性质对熔渣在炉内的堵塞与液泛的影响。
Smelting process of BF has been patterned with the high-temperature melting-dropping furnace in laboratory,blocking and flooding behaviours of slag containing high TiO 2 in BF have been tested,influences of gas velocity,content of TiO 2,reduced degree of TiO 2 and interface properties of slag-coke on blocking and flooding of molten slag in BF have been researched.
