以临床典型肾病综合征病案为例，探讨了中医中药传统理论和微量元素研究关系，重点讨论了微量元素锌、铜、铁与肾病综合征的病因病机和治疗关系．
The relation between traditional Chinese medical theory and trace elements on the baseof typica1 cases with kidney syndrome. The emphases on the relation between zinc, copper,iron and the phthogenesis and treatment of kidney syndrome were discussed.
