摘要 采用室内水培试验,研究了Na2CO3胁迫下5种春小麦苗期的叶绿素含量、叶片质膜透性、相对含水量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,并对供试春小麦耐盐性强弱进行评价。结果表明,5种春小麦的耐盐性强弱顺序为:茶淀红>龙麦26>垦红14>垦大4号>中国春;叶片质膜透性、SOD总活性与Na2CO3胁迫浓度呈正相关关系,耐性强的小麦品种二者增加的幅度大;相对含水量、叶绿素含量与Na2CO3胁迫浓度呈负相关关系,耐性强的小麦品种二者下降的幅度小。 With room water culture experiment, chlorophyll content, leaf membrane permeability, relative water content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in seedling stage of five kinds spring wheat under the Na2CO3 stress were studied, and their salinity tolerances were estimated. The results showed that the order of their salinity tolerances was CDH〉LM26〉KH14〉KD4〉ZGC.Their leaf membrane permeabilities and total SOD activities were in positive correlation with the Na2CO3 stress, and the wheat which has stronger sahmty tolerance increased sharply; the relative water content and chlorophyll content were in negative correlation with Na2CO3 stress, and the wheat which has stronger salinity tolerance decreased slowly.
