摘要
介绍了一种以AT89S52单片机为控制核心的建筑墙板随车起重机力矩限制器的工作原理.该力矩限制器可实现对随车起重机工作状态进行实时监控.并具有超限报警和实时记录功能.对力矩限制器的硬件及软件设计进行了探讨。
Presented the work principle of moment limiter using in truck-mounted crane for building wallboards which is controlled by singlechip microcomputer AT89S52. It can realize real time monitor to the working state of the truck-mounted crane and it has many functions such as overloading warning, data recording. Discussed the design about hardware and software.
