This paper introduce the basic characteristic ,instruction system,integrated development environment ,debug method,development and application example of the Fujistu Company＇ s advanced 16bit micro-controller MB90F594A.In the development and application example,subprogram and relevant circuit program are put forward.these subprogram and relevant circuit program are verified by practical application.
