新型微量元素制剂──复合蛋白锌的基础研究与临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 报道了复合蛋白锌基础研究与临床应用.进行了理化性质的研究,试验结果证明本品系锌与氨基酸、蛋白质形成的复合物.属有机锌。药理学研究表明.对小鼠横神神经系统、心血管系统及呼吸系统等均无明显影响。进行了毒理研究、急性毒性试验,相当于临床用量的125倍,动物健康生存,无毒性反应;长期毒性试验,连续6个月服用复合蛋白锌,剂量相当于临床用量的25.5倍及51倍,本观察到动物死亡及毒性反应;经检查血常规、血液生化、脏器病理切片等,均未见异常;证明复合蛋白锌是相当安全的。临床应用提示对慢性活动性肝炎和良性前列腺增生症有效。 The basic study on physics and chemistry and the clinical practice of complex proteinzinc is reported. The results show that complex protein-zinc is organic zinc formed by zinc with amino acids and protein, According to the pharmacological study, there are no obvious effects on the mental nerves, cardiovascular and respiratory systems of mouse. Toxicological studies on complex protein-zinc were conducted. In acute toxicity test,no animals were found dead with 125 times clinical dosage or none in long-time toxicity test (6 mouths) with 25. 5 and 51 times clinical dosage. And the blood routine, blood biological and pathological examination are examined and no abnomal phenomena are found. The erperimental results suggest that complex protein-zinc be considerably safe to be taken. Clinical practice indicates that complex protein-zinc has curative effects on chronic active hypatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
