摘要
采用热重法研究了有机钙对长广煤燃烧的影响。有机钙含有大量可燃性有机气体,醋酸钙镁和醋酸钙煅烧析出丙酮气体,丙酸钙煅烧析出戊酮气体。添加醋酸钙镁或丙酸钙后,煤样热解过程中挥发份析出时间提前,析出量和析出强度增大,热解性能提高;醋酸钙带入结晶水,阻碍了煤的热解。添加有机钙后,煤粉在燃烧初期迅速失重,燃烧速率远大于原煤,而在后期,样品燃烧平缓,燃烧速率小于原煤。有机钙能够提高长广煤的着火性能和整体燃烧性能。
Influence of organic calcium on Changguang coal' s combustion was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, Organic calcium contained lots of combustible gas, Acetone was exhausted during calcination of calcium magnesium acetate (CMA) or calcium acetate (CA) and pentanone was emitted during decomposition of calcium propionate (CP), After addition of CMA or CP, more volatile separated out more faster and more intensively during pyrogenation, Pyrolysis characteristic was improved by CMA or CP, CA delayed the coal' s pyrolysis for its crystal water, The burning velocity was promoted at initial stage by organic calcium with mass decreased quickly, and it was slowered at final stage with combustion becoming gently. Organic calcium enhances ignition and whole combustion character of the coal.
