摘要 文章建立了水中痕量甲霜灵残留的液相微萃取-高效液相色谱(LPME-HPLC)检测方法。详细研究了萃取溶剂、体积、萃取时间、搅拌速度、温度、盐度等因素对液相微萃取的影响,确定了最佳萃取条件:甲苯作萃取剂,萃取剂体积2μL,搅拌速度300r/min,30℃条件下萃取30min,盐度8%。此条件下甲霜灵的最低检出浓度为0.86μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)3.8%~5.4%,对甲霜灵标准水溶液测得加标回收率为95.0%~99.2%,实际水样加标回收率93.8%~99.6%,富集倍数60.3倍。 A novel method was developed for the determination of metalaxyl in water by liquid-phase mieroextraetion coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. Extraction solvent, solvent volume, extraction time, stirring rates, and solution salinity were optimized. The experimental conditions for the liquid phase mieroextraetion process were optimized. Optimal experimental conditions were as follows: toluene as extraction solvent, with volume of 2μL, stirring rates was 300r/min, solution salinity was 8%, and extraction time was 30min at 30℃. The detection limit, relative standard deviation and concentration factor for determination of metalaxyl were 0.86 g/L, 3.8-5.4% and 60,3, respectively. The recoveries of metalaxyl in the standard solution and water samples were 95.0 99.2% and 93.8 99.6%.
