摘要
孜然根腐病大田防治试验使用了11种化学药剂和枯草芽孢杆菌B1、B2进行拌种和拌种+喷药两种处理。在两种处理中,3%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂、25%丙环唑乳油、70%代森锰锌+2.5%咯菌腈乳油、50%多菌灵+2.5%咯菌腈乳油(1∶1)、枯草芽孢杆菌B1(10倍)液、枯草芽孢杆菌B1(30倍)液和50%多菌灵+[B1(20倍)液+B2倍(20倍)液]拌种处理均与对照存在显著性差异;各处理的相对防效均不同,25%丙环唑乳油、枯草芽孢杆菌B1(10倍)液和50%多菌灵+2.5%咯菌腈乳油(1∶1)相对防效达到41.87%~58.83%,与其它处理间存在极显著差异。在拌种处理后喷施53%精甲霜灵对孜然根腐病也有一定防治效果。
In field trials, the treatments of spraying and seed dressing of 11 pesticides and Bacillus subtilis B1, B2 controlled root rot pathogen of Cucuminum cyminum L.. In the treatments of 3% difenoconazole, 50% iprodione, 25% propiconazol, 70% mancozeb and 2,5% fiudioxonil, 50% carbendazim and 2.5% fiudioxonil, Bacillus subtilis B1 (10x), Bacillus subtilis B1 (30 x), 50% carbendazim and Bacillus subtilis [B1 (20 x)+ B2 (20 x )], there were obvious differences in their production compared with the CK after seed dressing. The relative control efficacy of 25% propiconazol, Bacillus subtilis B i (10x), 50% carbendazim and 2.5% fludioxonil, on root rot of Cucuminum cyminum L. was up to 41,87% to 58.83% and had significant differences compared with other treatments. After the seed dressing, spraying metalaxyl-M had a certain control efficacy on the root rot ofCucuminum cyminum L..
