住宅建筑底层空间设计浅析

On the space design of ground floor in residential buildings

结合住宅底层设计的现状,通过分析住宅建筑底层空间设计的各种影响因素,并结合目前常用的几种底层处理手法,提出在住宅底层设计时应该遵守的原则,为住宅底层的设计提出可借鉴的经验。

Combined with the present condition of the design of ground floor in residence and through analyzing various factors influenced the space design of ground floor in residential buildings, this paper proposes the principle should be followed in the design of residential ground floor combining several common ground floor treatment methods, in order to offer a reference for the design of residential ground floor.
