Discussion on the Influential Factors of Hg in Urine Determined by the Cold Atomic Absorption Method

The fast determination method of Hg in urine is introduced. Foam in urine was eliminated by defoaming agent (tributyl phosphate). The optimum conditions for the determination of Hg in urine were studied. The relative standard deviation is from 4. 8% to 9. 0%, the recovery is from 94% to 101 %.
