摘要
血清经硝酸-高氯酸消化，在酒石酸-乙二胺体系中进行测定，经实验对照表明，该法具有简单、快速、重现性好、回收率高、灵敏度高，抗干扰能力强等特点，完全能用于血清标本的锌、铁分析。
Serum was digested by HNO3-HClO4 and determined in the (CHOH )2 (COOH )2-ethylenediamine system. It shows that this method is simple, rapld, and has characteristics of good reproducibility, high recovery and sensibility. high resistance to mterference etc. It's completely capable of analysis on Zn. Fe in serum.
