摘要
探讨了居住区物业管理的重要性,从物业的基础管理、物业的综合管理及物业配套的综合服务三方面阐述了居住区物业管理的具体内容,并提出了居住区物业管理的强化措施,以规范物业管理行业标准,从而使物业管理专业化、规范化。
The importance of property management in dwelling district is discussed. From basic management, integrated management and property matching the contents of property management in dwelling district are introduced, at the same time measures are proposed to strengthen property management in order to normalize property management standards.
