从现行的征地拆迁听证制度说起,列举了听证制度执行中遇到的难题,在此基础上,从听证主持人、听证参与度、听证回馈制度等提出完善征地拆迁听证制度的几点意见,以从根本上解决征地拆迁存在的问题。
