对项目后评价的含义进行了介绍,探讨了项目后评价与前期评价及中期评价的区别,结合实际工作中的体会,阐述了房地产项目后评价工作的程序及后评价报告的文本格式,以促进房地产项目后评价的应用,从而达到提高投资效益的目的。
