结合赴日考察的学习体会,介绍了发达国家高速公路的管理经验和国际先进的道路桥梁建设施工技术,以提高高速公路管理者的科学管理水平,借此与大家共同探讨进步。
Combined with observe and study experiences in Japan the management experiences of expressway and advanced road and bridge construction technology in advanced eountfies are introduced, in order to improve the scientific management level of expressway to provide references for leaders and make progress together.
