摘要
将增强基体组元铜粉氧化与未氧化的两种铁基粉末冶金材料在MM-1000型摩擦材料试验机上进行对比制动试验,测定了摩擦系数与转速、压力的关系曲线及磨损量。结果表明,若添加的铜粉发生氧化而真空烧结时不能被还原,则CuO可成为磨粒磨损的磨料。
The wear and friction behaviours of sinered materials obtained by powder metallurgy technique are studied. The brake experiments are conducted in an MM-1000 model wear tester with the HT20-40 cast irons and the disks containing asbestos being used as the wearing couples.The wear resistances and friction coefficients versus rotation speed and pressure are measured. The results reveal that when the CuO, produced by oxidation of Cu powder, is not reduced when sintered in vacuum furnace, it could become abrasive, and lead to the decrease in wear resistances of friction material and wearing couples.
