摘要
危机衍生于社会的各个领域,作为存在于社会的一个系统,运动队也不例外。运动队危机是亟待解决的问题,否则会影响到整个团队的发展。在系统理论和危机干预理论的基础上,形成了系统危机干预模型,此模型包括回忆、整理、恢复三个阶段,运用此模型对运动队危机进行团队咨询,使其成功地度过危机。同时也指出系统危机干预模型尚需完善和发展。
Crisis emerges in each field of the ,society. The crisis also appears in the sports team and should be managed, or it would influence the development of the sports team. The system crisis intervention model comes into being based on the systems theory and crisis intervention theory. This model includes three stages： remember, reorganize and restore. The sports team could success on getting out of the crisis using this model in consulting. This study indicates that the system crisis intervention model should be developed and perfected farther.
