摘要
为了进一步研究课外体育活动对初中生情绪稳定性的影响,应用自编的《宁波市初中生体育活动问卷表》和《艾克森情绪稳定性测验调查问卷》量表对宁波市江东区4所学校426名初中学生进行问卷调查,并应用数理统计法对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果表明:大力开展课外体育活动能有利于提高的学生情绪稳定性。在此基础上提出学校要树立新观念,要制定切实可行的方案,从制度上来保障落实学生每天锻炼一小时的工作目标;学校、社会、家庭要加强对课外体育活动的宣传,让更多学生积极投入到体育活动中来等相应建议。
To make further study that sports activities after school can help middle school students to have emotional stability's influence, the paper is based on Ningbo middle schools' Students Sports Activities and Action Emotional Stability Test. The two forms are a survey from 426 students who study in Ningbo Jiangdong four different middle schools. It is also utilized statistics and analysis the collected numbers. The conclusion is to develop sports activities after school and improve middle school students' emotional stability. Then I suggest plans on how to set up a new idea and draw up practicable plan that is about some suggestions. Such as, let students do sports at least one hour per day according to the system. People in schools , families ,society should strengthen propaganda of sports activities after school so that many students can take active part in sports activities.
