面向2008年奥运会中国田径运动成绩目标实现的管理对策

Management Countermeasures to Realize the Results Object of Chinese Athletics Facing the 2008 Olympics

运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑归纳、数理统计等方法，对中国参加的历届奥运会田径比赛、世界田径锦标赛以及1999-2006年世界田径年度成绩排名前50名排名状况等进行回顾分析。指出中国田径面对2008年奥运会“力争两金，三分之一的项目进入前八名”这一成绩目标，应在发挥“举国体制”功能，选拔适龄参训队员，界定重点攻尖项目，探索项目制胜规律，加强运动员训练“职业”保护意识，注重运动员训练过程科学监控，增加赛事交流，加强训练实战性，构建“以人为本”的奖罚激励机制，广纳社会良言等方面实施全面的管理。

By using the methods of documentation, specialist consultation, logical induction and number statistics, ere, this paper makes an review analysis of the athletic events in successive Olympics, the World Athletics Championships and the first fifty by annual score from the year of 1999 to 2006, It points out that to realize the object of fighting for two gold medals, one third of the events coming into the first eight, we must have the synthetic administration conducted in the aspects of playing the role of ＂nation system＂, choosing the training players of proper age, determine the main assault events, probing into the law of getting victory of events, strengthening the players＇ consciousness of career protection, emphasizing the scientific supervise to training course, increasing exchange of international games, forming the inspiring system with person as centre and accepting good suggestions of the whole society.
