摘要
在研究三线包缝线迹生成原理的基础上,定量地构造出机针与下弯针之间的动作协调关系,提出了一种对包缝机空间RSRRR下弯针机构进行综合的多项式方程法.该方法不仅简便易行,迅速准确,而且可避免在求解一般非线性方程时,因初值、步长和精度选取不当出现的无解情况.
Based on the generation principle of three thread overlock stitch, the motion relationship between the needle and the lower looper is described quantitatively. Furthermore, a new method called polynomial equation is presented in this paper for the synthesis of the spatial RSRRR lower looper mechanism of the overlock industrial sewing machine, which is easier, faster and more precise than others. Moreover, it can avoid the complication of solving general non linear equations.
