摘要
借助流体力学、空气动力学及燃烧空气动力学,建立了电弧喷涂系统中管路气体的数学模型.介绍了几种电弧喷涂的结构形式,提出了电弧喷涂的雾化机理,以及提高雾化能力的一些措施.
A mathematical model of the gas flow in pipe system of arc spray system is developed by means of the theory of fluid dynamics, aerodynamics,and combustion aerodynamics. Some configurations of arc spray guns are introduced. Atomization mechanism in arc spray and some measures for raising the automation capability are proposed.
