摘要 新型孪联型表面活性剂在高温、高矿化度、很宽的pH范围内均能保持良好的发泡性、泡沫稳定性和超低的界面张力,具有优良的乳化降粘和洗油性能。在辽河油区选择海外河油田海31块作为研究对象,在室内分别考察了该表面活性剂单独使用及与助剂复合体系使用时对原油间油水界面张力的影响及驱油效率。结果表明,单独使用效果不理想,油水界面张力只降低到10-1mN/m数量级,驱油效率提高6%~8%;而使用与助剂复合体系可降低油水界面张力达10-3mN/m数量级,驱油效率提高9%~15%。矿场2井次的先导试验结果表明,驱油效果较好,累计增油217t。 A new twin - type surfactant has very good properties in foaming, stabilization and extra - low surface tension under high temperature, high salinity and a wide range of pH value, and is good at emulsifying viscosity reduction and oil cleaning. Block Hal31 of Haiwaihe oilfield in Liaohe oil province is chosen to study the impact of this surfactant on oil - water interfacial tension and oil displacement efficiency when used alone and as a complex system with combined cleanup additives through laboratory experiment. The result shows that the surfactant is not satisfactory when used alone, with oil- water interfacial tension only reduced only by 10^-1 mN/m order of magnitude, oil displacement efficiency improved 6 % - 8 % ;however, when used with cleanup additives, the interfacial tension can be reduced by 10^- 3 mN/m order of magnitude, oil displacement efficiency improved 9 % - 15 %. 2 well - times of field tests show that good displacement effect is achieved ,with cumulated incremental oil production of 217 t.
