N,N-二甲氨基丙烯酸乙酯的合成研究

摘要 以N,N-二甲氨基乙醇(DMAE)与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,采用酯交换工艺,对N,N-二甲基氨基丙烯酸乙酯(DMAEA)的合成进行了研究。主要考察了原料摩尔比、催化剂品种及用量、反应时间对原料DMAE转化率及产品收率的影响。结果表明,在原料DMAE与MA摩尔比1:3,二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂用量占反应物总量3.6%,反应时间6h,反应温度80~120℃反应条件下,原料DMAE转化率99%以上,产品DMAEA收率大于94%,产品纯度大于99%。 A method to synthesize N, N - dimethylaminoethyl acrylate (DMAEA) by reacting methylacrylate (MA) with dimethylethanolamine (DMAE) using dibutyl tin dilaurate as catalyst was studied. Effects of reaction conditions such as the molar ratio of raw materials, the amount and type of the catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conversion of DMAE and the yield were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: n (DMAE) : n (MA) = 1 : 3, the amount of catalyst ( dibutyl tin dilaurate) 3.6 %, reaction temperature 80 - 120 ℃ and reaction time 6 hours. Under the above conditions, the conversion of DMAE, the yield and purity of product were over 99 % ,94 % and 99 % respectively.
