摘要
以青蒿为原料,采用工业酒精冷浸法提取青蒿素。通过实验确定最佳工艺条件为:酒精体积(mL)与青蒿质量(g)比为10:1,分3次提取,母液体积(mL)为青蒿质量(g)的2.5倍,萃取剂乙酸乙酯与母液体积比为1:1,分4次萃取,用活性炭脱色、结晶及重结晶,干燥得白色针状的青蒿素晶体,得到的青蒿素产品产率可达2.73‰,纯度可达99%。该工艺具有操作安全,提取率高,生产成本低,产品含量高的特点。
Artemisinin was extracted from artesunate as raw material using industrial alcohol infusion method. The optimum conditions through experiment were determined as follows : the ratio of alcohol volume to artesunate mass 10:1 ,volume of mother liquor 2.5 times of artesunate mass,the volume ratio of ethyl acetate as extracting agent to mother liquor 1:1. The method comprising infusing artesunate three times using industrial alcohol, extracting artemisinin four times using ethyl acetate, then bleaching using activated carbon, crystallizing and recrystallizing, and finally drying. Product of artemisin was white needle - like crystals with the yield up to 2.73‰, the purity up to 99 %. The method was characterized in sere operation, high extraction ratio, low product cost and high content of the produet.
