慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者抗病毒治疗过程中的体验

Experience of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B during Antiviral Therapy

目的了解慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(chronic hepatitis type B,CHB)患者在选择和接受抗病毒治疗期间的真实体验,以便为患者提供更为合理、有效的医疗照顾。方法对9例CHB患者进行深度访谈.用质性研究中的现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果CHB患者抗病毒治疗期间的体验主要归纳为3个主题:(1)不良的生理反应;(2)不良的心理反应.表现为不确定感、无奈与勉强接受;(3)社会反应,表现为经济负担重与抗病毒治疗相关知识缺乏。结论CHB患者在接受抗病毒治疗过程中存在生理、心理、社会等多方面的不良反应,尤其以心理反应最为突出。提示医护人员在为患者提供医疗服务过程中。应在和谐、互动的基础上,全面了解患者的需求,增强患者治疗的依从性。促进患者整体健康水平的提高。

Objective To explore the real-life experience of patients with chronic hepatitis B in the course of selection and administration of antiretroviral therapy, and provide the patients with better devises and more efficient medical care service. Methods In this qualitative study,data were collected through in-depth interview from 9 patients with hepatitis B who required antiviral therapies. The data were analyzed in a phenomenological hermeneutic method. Results The experience of patients in the course of antiviral therapy fell into 3 main themes, namely adverse physiological responses,adverse psychological responses（manifested by a sense of uncertainty or frustration and reluctance to accept）, and social reaction（represented by economic burden and lack of knowledge）. Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B have adverse physiological,psychological and social responses during antiviral therapy,of which the psychological response is more prominent. The results suggest that health care workers should maintain a harmonious channel for mutual communication with the patients and understand the patients＇ need, which will enhance the patients＇ treatment compliance and improve their health conditions.
