摘要
采用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对市场化下青少年足球学校后备人才培养模式进行研究。结果显示:市场机制下的足球学校青少年后备人才——足球培养模式存在着诸多弊端,而理想的足球后备人才培养模式是"让足球回归学校"。
Under the marketization,we analyzed the cultivate pattern of the reserve talents in teenager football school of China through looking into the documents,interview and logic analysis. The result showes that there are some shortages in this kind of cultivate mode, but the ideal pattern is to make the football come back school.
