人口腔白斑及鳞状细胞癌中COX-2和VEGF表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨COX-2和VEGF在正常口腔黏膜、不典型增生性口腔白斑、口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测12例正常口腔黏膜,15例单纯性增生性白斑,33例不典型增生性白斑,42例鳞癌中COX-2和VEGF的表达。结果:COX-2、VEGF在正常组和单纯增生性白斑组表达基本一致(P>0.05),在不典型增生性白斑组、鳞癌组的阳性表达率明显高于正常组和单纯增生性白斑组(P<0.05),二者的表达有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:COX-2和VEGF参与口腔鳞癌的发生发展,可能成为口腔鳞癌早期诊断的分子指标之一。
