经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生84例

摘要 【目的】探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗BPH的安全性及应用价值。【方法】回顾分析本院采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗BPH84例。【结果】手术时间30~180min,平均75min,失血20~100mL,平均70mL,均未输血,未发生经尿道前列腺列切除术综合征,随访1~6个月,患者均排尿通畅。【结论】经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗BPH的安全性高,并发症少,疗效确切。
