摘要
相控整流的一个关键环节是同步。现以EAST极向场电源为研究背景,从提高控制精度角度出发,考虑采用整流变压器次级电压作为交流同步电压,但该交流同步电压中富含谐波,波形畸变严重。对交流同步电压滤波器进行了详细的理论分析和设计。经现场实验测试证明,该滤波器解决了大功率晶闸管整流同步信号精确采集问题,取得了很好的效果。
Firing synchronization is a important step in thyristor controlled rectifier.Based on the polarity field power supply of EAST this article focus on the problem of firing synchronous for thyristor controlled rectifier.Careful analysis has been made on several different methods for implementing synchronization.In view of EAST PF power supply's characteristic,the method in which the alternating voltage for firing synchronization was taken directly from the rectification transformer's second was adopted.This article carries on the detailed theoretical analysis and design of the filter.The test on the spot verifies the analysis above and show the proposed method might be a promising solution of firing synchronization of thyristor controlled rectifier.
