摘要
为了实现感应电机的宽范围调速,针对弱磁控制的关键问题,依据电机在3个不同速度区段的电压、电流、转矩特性,通过严格的数学推导,提出了一种新的电流分配方法,该方法同时认定,励磁电流的参考值和转矩电流的限幅值只与恒转矩区的电流分配有关,无需电机参数,具有较高参数鲁棒性。在全数字感应电机交流主轴驱动系统上实现了算法。实验结果表明,该方法有效提高了弱磁区的电流调节性能,能够增大输出转矩,加快速度响应。
In order to implement induction motor adjustable-speed drive in a wide range,aimed to key question of field- weakening control,according to vohage,eurrent and torque characteristics in three different speed region,by means of religious derivation,a novel current assignment method is presented.Both magnetize current reference and torque current limitation were determined in this method, the only one relational factor was current assignment in constant torque region and motor parameters were unnecessary.So the proposed method was robustness and was implemented in full digital ae spindle drive.The experimental results show the current performance can be improved effectively,output torque ean be increased and speed response procedure can be accelerated by using this method.
