摘要
介绍了永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)基本原理,并在此基础上着重分析了影响电磁转矩的因素,为解决传统DTC方法中存在的转矩脉动大的缺点,采用了一种通过调节电压矢量作用时间减小转矩脉动的改进的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制改进策略,该方法可在不提高开关器件开关频率的前提下明显改善转矩的控制性能,而且具有传统DTC快速、简单等优点。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制方法可使转矩脉动明显减小。
This paper introduces the principle of Direct Torque Control (DTC) for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM).Based on the principle, the factors which affect the torque performance are analyzed .In order to solve the torqueripple problem in the traditional DTC,an improved DTC method was adopted,which adjusted the duration of voltage vector.The new method remarkably improves the torque performance without increasing the switching frequency and also has the merit of suppleness and speediness of traditional DTC.Simulative and experimental results show the method decreases the torque-ripple obviously.
