摘要
IGCC、PFBC等新型、高效的能源清洁转换系统都需要一套运行可靠、高效、维护简单的高温或常温煤气净化装置。新型流化床颗粒层过滤器与陶瓷过滤器、金属烧结网过滤器、移动床过滤器等一样,都是正在发展的高温煤气过滤器,但它有自己的独特优点。本文介绍、分析了新型流化床颗粒层过滤器的特点,三维流化床颗粒层过滤器冷态实验台的有关参数,以及在冷态实验台上进行的阻力试验的初步结果。这为进一步进行效率试验、结构优化试验奠定了基础。
A high efficient, reliable gas treatment system which works at high temperature or ambient condition, is needed in the new generation energy conversion system, such as IGCC and PFBC. Similar to the ceramic filter, metal sintering filter and moving bed filter, the fluidized bed particle layer filter is a new type of developing high temperature gas filter, which has its own characteristics. The features of this kind of filter and the experimental results of drag on a three dimensional test facility working in ambient condition are introduced in this paper. This has founded a base for the further experiment on filter efficient and structure optimum.
