摘要
对马钢六流方坯连铸机T型中间包内腔优化的水模试验研究,在中间包内设置适当的纵向或横向挡墙,可以把大包注入的钢水较均匀地分配给各水口,减小各水口间的温差,尤其是解决了1,6流水口的低温状况.横向挡墙已在工业生产中采用,效果良好.
The inside shape of tundish in the sixway strand billet continuous casting of Magang was optimized with a water model. The distribution of molten steel from ladle at each nozzle for reducing itS temperature difference by adding across or longitudinal bulkheads in the tundish was examined. The research outcomes was adopted at the present production,which yields good results.
