摘要
本文根据生产工艺的跟踪调查和抽样检测，对造成20MnSi钢连铸坯断裂的主要工艺因素、非金属夹杂物的来源和危害、钢的化学成分、金相组织以及过热钢液浇铸的影响等进行了分析探讨．
This paper, from the tracking investigation and sampling test for 20MnSi steel's making technique, has approached the primary technlogical factor causing the biliet to fracture, source and harmfulness of non-metallic inclusions, chemical composition of the steel, metallographical structure and effect of overheated steel casting.
