摘要
介绍莱钢采用的转炉配LF＋VD炉外精炼新工艺，以及采用该工艺冶炼优质碳素结构钢、冷镦钢和部分合金钢的质量情况．
A new process of converter and external-refining (LF+VD) is introduced. It is used by LAIGANG to produce carbon. constrution steel, cold-forging steel and alloy steel. The quality of these kinds steel is discussed.
