摘要 通过ANS—OB钢包冷态实验研究,开发出在浅浸罩内底吹排渣、将浸罩内残留熔渣排除掉的新技术。实验结果表明,浸罩深度越浅,底吹气体流量越大,浸罩内残渣排除速度越快。当模拟浸罩深度为20mm,底吹气体流量大于0.27m3/h时,可在2min内将浸罩内熔渣排除干净。对于110tANS—OB钢包,浸罩深度应小于100mm(最好为50mm左右),底吹气体流量大于21m3/h时,可在5min内将浸罩内残留熔渣排除干净。另外,狭缝型透气砖的排渣能力大于直通多孔型透气砖。 A new technology for eliminating slag in snorkel has been developed by shallow snorkel sinking and by bottom stirring with ANS—OB hydraulic modelling. The results show that the more shallow the snorkel sunk and the more severe the bottom stirring, the faster the slag is eliminated from snorkel. The slag in snorkel is eliminated in 2 min at 20 mm of sinking depth of snorkel and over 0.27 m 3/h of flow rate of bottom stirring. For 110 t ANS—OB ladle the slag in snorkel will be eliminated in 5 min at a sinking depth of snorkel lower than 100 mm (50 mm is better) and over 21 m 3/h of flow rate of bottom strirring. The slag elimination effect of annular plug is higher than that multi hole plug.
