摘要
阐述了以动态规划法按最小总张力系数对高速线材轧机精轧机组孔型进行优化设计的方法与实例。结果表明,此优化设计方法可使机架总张力系数下降约58%,为提高产品尺寸精度提供了保证。
The method and example of pass optimization design of high speed wire rod finishing mill by dynamic programming with minimum total tension coefficient are described. The result show that the total tension coefficient could be decreased by 58 %. It can be a guarantee for gaining higher accuracy of product.
