腹膜后间隙的断层解剖学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 腹膜后间隙(retroperitoneal space)是腹后壁的壁腹膜和腹横筋膜之间区域的总称。腹膜后间隙向上延续为肝脏,向下延续为盆腔的腹膜外间隙。Meyers以肾筋膜为中心,将腹膜后间隙分为肾旁前间隙、肾周间隙、肾旁后间隙。近年来,由于感染扩散、外科引流和肿瘤研究等领域的进展,CT和MRI的广泛应用,腹膜后间隙解剖日渐为人们所重视。近年研究主要集中在肾筋膜的附着及腹膜后间隙的横向和纵向通连关系上。
