摘要
目的调查新疆额尔齐斯河下游北湾地区班布蚋孳生地情况。方法4月中旬在北湾地区喀拉苏河仔细检查河内的石头、树枝和木棍、树叶、芦苇等物体上班布蚋幼虫、蛹的孳生情况,并同时测量河的宽度、深度、水流速度、温度以及pH值等。结果斑布蚋孳生在有一定流速、水质洁净的水体中,河内检查的各种物体,如石头、芦苇、树叶以及树枝和木棍上都有蚋的幼虫和蛹孳生,但不同的物体孳生的幼虫和蛹数量有很大不同,其中芦苇上孳生的幼虫和蛹最多,幼虫的平均密度为66.43,蛹的平均密度为34.12,树叶上孳生的幼虫和蛹最少,幼虫平均密度1.64,蛹平均密度0.08。结论幼虫的孳生与河水的流速有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the situation of Simulium maculatum breed sites in Beiwan frontier of Xinjiang. Methods Investigating the situation of larva and pupa on stones, branches, wood rods, leaves and reeds in Kalasu river in the middle ten days of April. Measuring the width, depth, velocity of flow, temperature, pH and so on. Results Simulium maculatum lived in clean flowing water, It could be found on stones, branches, wood rods, leaves and reeds, especially on reeds. The average density of larva on reeds was 66. 43, average density of pupa on reeds was 34. 12. The average density of larva on leaves was 1.64, average density of pupa on leaves was 0. 08. Conclusion The situation of larva had relationship with the velocity of flow.
