摘要 目的比较分析目前筛选乙脑传播媒介蚊虫常用的筛选方法,为预测乙脑提供一种科学有效的综合方法,使所筛选出乙脑传播媒介的蚊虫种类更加准确可靠。方法选用目前调查某种蚊虫为乙脑的自然传播媒介较为常用的方法。结果自然带毒率调查是进行乙脑传播媒介蚊虫种类调查最直接的方法,实际工作中运用的最多,时间也最长久,取得了丰富经验,获得了成功的结果,分别从三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊、骚扰阿蚊等26种蚊虫中分离出了乙脑病毒。结论通过模糊数学方法和媒介定量分析方法优选出传播乙脑的主要媒介,再由自然带毒率调查和PCR技术等做旁证,由此确定当地乙脑可能的传播媒介。 Objective To compare and analyse on the methods for screening mosquito-vectors of epidemic encephalitis B and provide applicable methods for prediction of epidemic encephalitis B,and make the results of screening mosquito-vectors be accurate and reliable. Methods Making a comparison and analysis among the four ways of screening mosquito-vectors of epidemic encephalitis B. Results The nature takes a poison rate, the PCR technique directly separated a Epidemic encephalitis B virus from mosquito. Conclusion According to medium quantitative analysis method and fuzzy mathematics analysis method to screen the main mosquito-vectors of epidemic encephalitis B from all of mosquitoes, the nature took a poison rate. PCR technique investigated further certain, or using other method for supporting evidences, made sure local epidemic encephalitis B possible mosquito-vectors.
