摘要
随着教育信息化的不断深入发展,面向信息化的教师专业发展已经日益成为众多研究者关注的问题,笔者结合国内外相关现状调研与问卷调查对面向信息化的教师专业发展的不同阶段的阻碍因素与心理状态展开分析,进而对不同发展阶段与促进策略进行描述,以为目前我国信息化大背景下的教师专业发展实践提供借鉴与参考。
With the further development of information -based education, the professional development of teachers in the information age has been the focus of more and more researchers increasingly. In this article, based on the survey and questionnaire of present situation in teacher professional development at home and aboard, both the factors restricting teacher professional development in different stages and their psychological state in different stages are analyzed. Furthermore, different stages and strategies of improving teacher professional development in the information age are elaborated to guide for the practice of teacher professional development in the information age.
