摘要
由山东省南水北调建设工程指挥部和山东省水利勘测设计院共同承担研制的国家"十五"重大技术装备(科技攻关)——大型渠道混凝土机械化衬砌成型设备研制,依托南水北调东线山东干线济平干渠工程,采用先进科学的研究方法和正确的技术路线以及创新型的项目实施管理模式,通过对斜坡混凝土布料技术、振动碾压成型技术、振捣滑模衬砌成型技术、层密实成型技术、自动找正技术及衬砌成套设备的控制技术等多项技术研究,研制开发了大型渠道混凝土机械化衬砌成型设备。
Techniques on the mechanized construction of concrete in large-scale diversion channel project are developed by the Research Center of Engineering Technology of Water Diversion and Shandong Survey and Design Institute of Water Conservancy. This new techniques are applied in the channel from Ji'nan to Dongping. And new technique and management are used in this project. We did lots of technical researches such as concrete materials on slope; modeling by vibrating and pressing; lining to model by disturbing on slip model; pressing layers to model; automatically repairing and the controlling technology on set of facilities about lining etc. We make some facilities of lining on concrete mechanization on big channel. We have our own intellectual property on these new facilities.
