摘要
混凝土的开裂会严重威胁混凝土结构的耐久性,就输水渠道工程而言,混凝土的开裂还会造成水资源的极大浪费。南水北调济平干渠渠道衬砌工程路线长,混凝土方量大,研究解决这种大面积薄板混凝土结构的防裂抗裂性能是非常必要的。采用工程实际使用的原材料,对混凝土配合比进行了优化设计,对混凝土的各项物理力学性能及变形性能进行了试验。采用平板法对混凝土及湿筛砂浆的防裂抗裂性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:优化设计的配合比有较好的抗裂能力,合理掺用纤维可以提高混凝土抗裂性能,严格而合理的养护对提高混凝土的抗裂性能有着重要的作用。
The main channel from Jinan to Pingyin in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a large channel with long distance and used great amount of concrete. Crack of the lining concrete on channel will cause great loss of water and threaten the durability of the construction. It is important to study the anti-crack properties of the concrete. This paper presents an optimum concrete mix proportion for the lining concrete, the physical, mechanical and volume changes properties of the concrete are studied systemically, the anti-crack properties are studied by a flat method. The results show that the mix proportion has good anti-crack properties, adding polypropylene fibre in the mix proportion can improve the anti-crack properties, a strict curing method can also benefit to the properties.
