南水北调中线总干渠(北京段)西四环输水暗涵线路选定 被引量:2

Route Determination of the Buried Culvert Under the West Fourth Ring Road of Main Channel of the Middle Route in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

摘要 工程线路布置是关系到工程经济合理、总干渠输水安全和降低工程造价的关键,西四环暗涵线路选定本着必须符合北京市城市总体规划的要求;满足小流量自流输水(20m3/s)的前提下,工程量最少,工程造价最低;保证输水建筑物安全及输水安全;尽量降低工程拆迁;尽量减少总干渠至分水口线路的长度等原则对三条线路进行了比较,最终选定沿西四环主路下行的线路。 The project route determination greatly influences the rationality and economy of the project, the security of main channel and the cost reduction of project. The determination of the buried culvert route under the West Fourth Ring road is to accord with the main layout of Beijing; to realize the minimum of the project capacity and the lowest project cost under the condition of self-flow water transfer in small amount (20 m^3/s) ; to assure the security of water building and water transfer; to reduce the amount of project resettlement; to reduce the length from main channel to diversion outlet. The route under West Fourth Ring road is determined through comparison of the three routes.
